Fear Fest 2013 frightened students, their family and kids at Purdue University Calumet of Hammond, Indiana. The International Programs Office at school puts on this Halloween themed party every year with a dj.
A cat, angel, Spider-man, and soldier made it into the final four of the limbo competition late into the darkest hours. Mummies were made using blood soaked toilet paper and startling speed by the wicked mummy wrappers. Dance along musical chairs was played to YMCA, the Hokey Pokey, Gangnam Style, and more.
Drinks and spine chilling snacks were provided as the ghouls and ghosts arrived. Children had an activity table and a face painting station where Spider-Man, ghosts, and many other spooky characters were created. Guests took home jack o lanterns that they carved at the pumpkin carving station and the DJ played hair-raising music that had everyone jumping up and down with unearthly excitement.
